In accordance with the Code of Turkmenistan ""On Land"" and Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 14668 dated March 18, 2016 ""On the regulation of land relations in Turkmenistan"", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, ordering to abolish the right of relevant legal entities to land use on the basis of contracts for the provision of land plots to enterprises and institutions, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
