Today, the dynamics of modernization of national economy is defined by the world achievements and innovations in the sphere of high technologies, owing to which the process of social and economic development of Turkmenistan is marked is grandiose successes. Improving digital technological infrastructure, equipment, facility and legal base of national communication sphere according to time requirements, we carry out fundamental reforms and implement big projects in this field. Positive results in provision of telecommunication sphere with the world standard innovative digital, information and communication technologies in the last years allowed increasing the quality of communication service provided to the population. Building international fibre optic communication lines, Turkmen state performs the function of transport and communication hub on the Great Silk Road. Forming up strategically important link of transit systems of not only Central Asian region but also in the West – East and North – South directions, these projects support economic development of neighbouring countries.
