Representatives of the Ministry of Finances and Economy took part in international webinar dedicated to improvement of legal entrepreneurship environment. During the session, experts of the Secretariat of the Economic Cooperation Organization and other specialists have presented reviews of relative world practice and experience including in the context of minimization of economic impacts of pandemic on business. The webinar has opened the series of events, which are to support the government authorities of Turkmenistan in solution of priority objectives related to improvement of normative and legal terms of development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the country, which is a part of larger regional project of Improvement of Legal Entrepreneurship Environment in Central Asian countries. The state registration of legal entities and investment projects will be transferred completely to electronic document management system soon. Part of the functions related to certain procedures on the state registration, re-registration and liquidation of legal entities is made online. Local network has been made and actively operates between the central office in the capital and regional registration branches, which simplified the system of coherence of documents between them. Electronic application for confirmation of naming of legal entities and approval of documents for registration or re-registration of legal entities is implemented. In addition, online format of application for confirmation of name of legal entities has been introduced. It is also planned to organize the payment for registration and confirmation of name in online format. The structure of new database of the State Legal Entity Register is under development. It is planned to launch several electronic services for registration of legal entities and to simplify the process of registration. Discussions on this current theme during the webinar allowed to share useful information, expert opinions and ideas.
