On December 10, the official opening of newly-constructed buildings continued in the capital to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality. Byuzmein etrap held celebrations to mark the opening of 23 four-story apartment buildings, 9 two-story two-family houses, a 600-seat general education school, and a multi-purpose shopping center. The new residential complex of 20 four-story apartment buildings with 32 units each has sprung up on Senagat Street. Another three residential buildings four stories high: two 32-unit apartment houses and one 16-unit apartment house were built on Akhal Street. The complex of 9 two-story two-family cottages was erected on Guneshli Street. The well-maintained and well-landscaped area adjacent to the apartment buildings is conveniently accessible to motor transport and walkers alike thanks to new roads and sidewalks. There are also sports grounds and playgrounds around there. Today, a total of 738 families celebrated their new spacious apartments with well-planned living space in Byuzmein etrap! The participants in the opening ceremonies and the happy new home owners expressed their heartfelt gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for his close attention and tireless efforts to ensure a higher standard of living and provide quality-of-life improvements to the people of Turkmenistan. They also wished the head of state good health and yet more remarkable achievements in his large-scale work for the benefit of the nation and the home country. Built on Senagat Street, the new 600-seat general education school is a wonderful gift to schoolchildren ahead of the glorious holiday. It boasts everything necessary to meet the learning needs of children, to encourage their harmonious development, and to ensure effective and successful work of teachers. At the disposal of children are special subject classrooms, including for instruction in foreign languages, which are well-equipped with modern educational facilities and teaching aids. The new school also has classrooms for home economics, workshops for wood and metalwork, and sports facilities. This is a compulsory requirement specified by the President of Turkmenistan for designers and builders of educational institutions. The multi-purpose shopping center, which opened its doors today in the capital’s Byuzmein etrap, is home to many different types of stores, including food stores that have a wide selection of products on offer. During the celebrations, best-performing builders received valuable gifts.
