Perspectives of further development of old cooperation were the subjects of discussions of online meeting with the head of Representative office of European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in Ashgabat Fatih Turkmenogly held in the Foreign Ministry. Heads of the Ministry of Finances and Economy, Central Bank and the Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs have also taken part in the event. The representative of Turkmenistan have made a proposal on development of the Action plan or roadmap of the EBRD in Turkmenistan, which would outline the directions of cooperation and expected results, for activation of cooperation. In his turn, Head of the Representative office of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development F. Turkmenogly has also expressed satisfaction with cooperation with representative of non-government section of Turkmenistan’s economy, which resulted in sponsoring of number of projects of small and medium business. At the same time, he highlighted that the EBRD would continue working with members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan supporting development of business through consultation services. The sides have also confirmed the willingness to develop new directions of cooperation, which is built on the principles of trust and mutual benefit.
