President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent his congratulations to Mr. Sadyr Japarov on taking office as President of the Kyrgyz Republic. In his congratulatory message, the head of Turkmenistan noted that our countries are linked by centuries-old ties of friendship, brotherhood and good neighborliness, and the high level of trust and mutual understanding that exists between the nations provides a solid foundation for the constructive bilateral cooperation. “Today our countries boast great potential for closer collaboration in the political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian fields. We are ready and willing to make every effort to raise our bilateral relations to a new level”, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted. Having expressed a commitment to fostering and strengthening the Turkmen-Kyrgyz relations, the head of state invited the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to pay a visit to Turkmenistan whenever it would be convenient to him. The President of Turkmenistan wished good health, happiness and every success to Mr. Sadyr Japarov in performing his important official duties as a head of state, and peace, wellbeing and prosperity to the brotherly people of the Kyrgyz Republic.
