Turkmensitan’s representatives participate in discussion under the IMF aegis

Minister of Finances and Economy of Turkmenistan M. Serdarov took part in online collegial discussion of the heads of Central banks and ministries of finances of Central Asia and Caucasus countries under spring session of International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Video conference was organized by the Middle East and Central Asia Department of the International Monetary Fund.

The agenda of the session included such priority aspects as macroeconomic cycles of Caucasus and Central Asian region, support of stability of financial sphere, expansion of financial services as well as support of the growth of private sector of the economy.

During the discussion, the Minister of Finances and Economy of Turkmenistan has told about the measures undertaken by our country for supporting macroeconomic stability.
