Today in Avaza national tourist zone the meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Kirghiz committee for trade and economic, scientific and technical and humanitarian cooperation in which heads of the leading ministries and departments of two friendly states participated, took place.

Within the meeting representatives of Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan with satisfaction ascertained the high level of the interstate relations characterised by presence of high potential for the further intensification of mutually beneficial cooperation in all directions reached during the past years.

Among other important areas of long-term partnership were trade and economic and energy sphere, agriculture, communication, public health services, education, science, sports and tourism.
