President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov today met with the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov, who arrived in our country to participate in the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia held in the Avaza National Tourist Zone.

The head of Kyrgyzstan stated that having once again visited our country, he was convinced that under the wise leadership of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, large-scale reforms are being carried out in Turkmenistan, literally before our eyes, the infrastructure of recreation on the Caspian coast, worthy of the highest praise, is being transformed.

Thanking for the kind words, the head of state noted that Turkmenistan stands for strengthening and expanding mutually beneficial partnership in Central Asia, since Kyrgyz and Turkmen people are united by centuries-old historical and cultural ties and bonds of friendship and brotherhood.

It was especially noted that the agreements reached at the highest level during the first visit of Sadyr Zhaparov to Turkmenistan as the head of the Kyrgyz Republic in June of this year demonstrated constant commitment of both countries to the course of strategic partnership.

In conclusion, the leader of the nation and his distinguished guest, once again emphasizing the inviolability of the traditionally friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan, addressed the peoples of both countries with wishes of peace, well-being and prosperity.
