President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed sincere condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin over the tragic incident occurred on the territory of the Perm State National Research University, which resulted in human casualties and injuries.
On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, the President of Turkmenistan conveyed words of empathy and support at this difficult moment to all the relatives and friends of the victims, as well as wished speedy recovery to the injured.
