Aviation kerosene is in demand among foreign businessmen

Last week, 54 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

For foreign currency, businessmen from the UK purchased aviation kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashy complex of oil refineries. Liquefied gas (SC “Turkmengaz”) - became the subject of transactions of entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan. Representatives of business circles from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan also purchased a desulfurized diesel fraction (SC “Türkmenhimiýa”).

In addition, terry products in assortment, cotton yarn, which were purchased by entrepreneurs from Russia and the UAE, were sold for foreign currency. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 13 million 576 thousand US dollars.

Cotton yarn and handmade carpets were sold for manats. Purchaser countries: Russia, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan. The total amount of transactions amounted to about 800 thousand manats.

For the domestic market, domestic businessmen purchased technical sulfur (SC “Türkmengaz”), high-density polyethylene (SC “Türkmenhimiýa”) and handmade carpets for a total amount of more than 654 million 499 thousand manats.
