During the session, main directions of social and economic development of the country, situation in agricultural complex and as organizational issues of the 21st anniversary of the Neutrality of Turkmenistan and New Year holiday were reviewed.  Reports of the hyakims on the situation in the regions, in particular on agrotechnical activity, preparation of agricultural equipment to the next season, organization of livestock hibernation as well as on the situation at the construction sites of the facilities, built under National village programme, was given during the session.  Summing up the reports, the Head of the State spoke on number of specific remarks. In particular, low rates of reforms were observed in agricultural complex of Ahal and Balkan velayats. The President of Turkmenistan requested the Hyakim of Dashoguz velayat to analyse the reasons of failure of contractual obligations for cotton production in certain etraps. The Head of the State stressed the attention of the Hyakim on low rates of agricultural works in the region. The Head of the State addressed critical remarks to the Head of Mary velayat for undue situation in agricultural sector. In this regards, the heads of the regions were given with instructions to eliminate exisitng shortfalls.  The Head of the State requested to prepare the report on the situation in agricultural branch of the velayats for the forthcoming extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers, which is dedicated to the outcomes of the development of the country for 11 months of the year.  During the session, the President ordered to hold under strict control the issues of uninterrupted work of heating systems in living houses, schools and kindergartens of the regions as well as power and gas supply. Having noted the necessity of provision of high organizational level of holiday events, the Head of the State addressed the Hyakims with relative instructions.  Having listened to the report of the Head of the Administration of the capital, the President of the State stressed the attention at ecology and cleanness of Ashgabat as well as at the necessity of permanent control for uninterrupted operation of infrastructural network including heating, power and gas supply systems. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov requested to provide high organizational level of different holidays in December.  At the end of the session, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov mentioned the importance of improvement of coordinated activity of all structures, active implementation of modern technologies and advanced practices into production sectors.
