Today, in accordance with the educational policy, new educational institutions, meeting the latest world standards, are put into operation everywhere in Turkmenistan. The objects of this important sphere, commissioned in the newly opened city of Arkadag, were not an exception in this respect. There have been already built ten pre-school educational institutions in the first phase of construction of the city, the work of which will be aimed at educating a generation with a broad outlook.

Each of the built and commissioned children's educational institutions is designed for 320 places. They have educational and methodical inventory of design work, modern furniture, televisions, toys, teaching aids, painted in bright colors. They have all the conditions for conducting lessons in various subjects and children's activities.

In addition, specialized schools No. 2, 3, 4 with in-depth study of the English language have been opened in the city of Arkadag, each of them is designed for 720 places.

The newly opened pedagogical secondary vocational school of the city of Arkadag was named after the talented teacher Berdimuhamed Annayev.

A secondary vocational medical school was opened in the city of Arkadag for those seeking medical education. The new medical school was named after Sachly Dursunova.

As is known, Turkmenistan pays much attention to the development of equestrian sports and organization of various types of races at the state level. The construction of the Aba Annaev International Academy of Horse Breeding in the first "smart" city of Arkadag in Turkmenistan and the training of highly qualified specialists in this field in this institution of higher education once again shows the close attention to the horse breeding industry in our country.

One of the main goals of the academy is to create optimal conditions for the education of young people who are able to contribute to the development of the national circus art.
