President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov has sent a message of sincere condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in connection with the tragic death of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Turkey induced by the armed attack. Resolutely opposing any manifestation of terrorism and extremism, Turkmenistan fully supports the efforts of the international community in combating and eradicating this evil, said the message.
