On behalf of the people of the Republic of Croatia, as well as on my own behalf, I am pleased to express sincere congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of Independence Day of Turkmenistan, as well as wishes for progress and prosperity to the Turkmen people.

I am confident that friendly relations and cooperation between Croatia and Turkmenistan will further develop and strengthen in many areas of mutual interest, including in such an important area as the economy.
