Last week at the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials the exchange of Turkmenistan registered 33 transactions.

For foreign currency, representatives of business circles from United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Afghanistan purchased urea and liquefied gas produced by the Türkmenhimiýa Group of Companies. Businessmen from Afghanistan also purchased liquefied gas, produced at technological installations of state concerns «Türkmennebit» and «Türkmengaz».

In addition, for foreign currency were sold cotton yarn and fabric, regenerated fiber, waste spinning industry, undistilled crude fatty acids, dry extract of licorice root and asafoetida, which purchased by entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Ireland, Serbia, Hong Kong. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 15 million 668 thousand US dollars.

Domestic businessmen purchased for the domestic market polypropylene (GK "Türkmennebit"), handmade carpets, plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, as well as fabric cotton for a total amount of over 54 million 947 thousand manats.
