President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as personally, has expressed deep condolences to the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, on the passing of His Highness the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

"May Almighty Allah grant you and your family members strength and patience in this difficult moment," said the President of Turkmenistan, conveying words of sincere sympathy and support to the relatives and loved ones of the deceased, as well as to the people of the State of Kuwait.
