President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Thongloun Sisoulith and the entire people of the country on the occasion of the 30^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

Noting that relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized Turkmenistan’s interest in expanding bilateral ties and expressed confidence in the further development of interstate cooperation in the interests of both peoples through joint efforts.
