President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of Albania Bayram Begay and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Albania.

Noting that relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized Turkmenistan’s interest in expanding bilateral ties and expressed confidence in the further development of interstate cooperation in the interests of both peoples as a result of joint efforts.

Taking advantage of this pleasant opportunity, the head of state expressed sincere wishes to President Bayram Begay for good health, happiness and well-being, and to the people of Albania for further progress and prosperity.
