By order of the President of Turkmenistan, for improper performance of official duties, weakening of control over subordinate structures, as well as shortcomings during the improvement and cleaning work in the city of Ashgabat, the Hakim of the city of Ashgabat, Gandymov Rahym Nurgeldiyevich, was severely reprimanded with a final warning to correct the shortcomings as soon as possible.
