President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Chairman of State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Jong-un on the occasion of the country's national holiday - National Day of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
