Total multifunctional center area is 28.5 hectares, it includes a variety of sports, administrative and technical facilities, which are now being prepared for commissioning. One of the buildings is designed for practicing martial art sports, including fencing, boxing, taekwondo, judo, sambo, freestyle, Greco-Roman wrestling and other sports. The structure of the new complex also includes facilities for team sports - basketball, tennis, gymnastics, handball, volleyball, swimming pools, “Ice Palace” with playgrounds for hockey and figure skating, fitness center. In addition, the project provides its office administration with office area, a conference hall with 150 seats, equipped with all necessary media equipment, a restaurant, and, at a location nearby, outdoor sports courts for basketball, tennis, volleyball and football. There also are two parking facilities for 250 cars. Construction of the project is performed under the contract issued by the Ministry of Industry of Turkmenistan to “Myradym” private enterprise - a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country. Success of entrepreneurs is the result of policies of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the development of country's business community. Today, with the support of the state, domestic businessmen carry out extensive work in various spheres of economy and actively participate in international tenders. Products of Turkmen entrepreneurs meet the highest international standards. New large sports complex will not only become the training center for Turkmen athletes and a good basis for preparation of national athletes and national teams for the World Cup, Asian as well as the Olympic Games, but will also enable to bring competitions to the highest level.
