The ceremony of opening four new high-rise apartment houses and a kindergarten took place at Parahat-7 residential estate in the Turkmen capital. The presentation of the project on the construction of Parahat-7 residential estate, developed given the widening borders of Ashgabat and increasing its population, took place in December, 2014. According to the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, it is planned to build 60 apartment houses for 2,500 families, four secondary schools, eight kindergartens and health centre. The opening ceremony brought together the representative of Ashgabat Khyakimlik, public organisations, the elders, numerous citizens. The workers of culture and art and artistic groups attended the ceremony. The standardized buildings at Parahat-7 are designed based on the structural concepts of foundations, roofing, flooring, walls. One building houses 54 apartments, three other ones – 36 apartments each. The buildings were erected by the Ösüş Gurlusyk individual enterprise at the request of Ashgabat Khyakimlik. The territory adjacent to new apartment houses is planted with trees and shrubs; there are playgrounds, sports fields, places for cultural activities and family celebrations and car parks on the adjacent territory. There are a lot of flowerbeds, lawns, benches and lamps on the territory adjacent to apartment houses. The social infrastructure of the residential estate was replenished by a kindergarten designed for 160 children. The two-storey building of the preschool institution erected by the Oguz Ýol private enterprise is supplied with the most advanced equipment. All necessary conditions for education and harmonious development of children and efficient work of teachers are created there. There are spacious study rooms and play rooms, conference hall and sports hall, medical room and swimming pool in the new kindergarten. The outdoor playing ground is laid on the territory adjacent to the new kindergarten.
