Today, the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in a solemn ceremony dedicated to the successful fulfillment of contractual obligations for the procurement of grain by the country's brave farmers and the victories of grain growers and tenants, congratulating everyone on this significant event, which is of great importance for the agro-industrial complex.

The event was also attended by members of the Government and hyakims of the velayats and young Turkmen citizens.

The ceremony participants congratulated the President of Turkmenistan on the successful fulfillment by the country's farmers of their contractual obligations to procure grain.

As noted, under the leadership of the head of state, large-scale transformations are being carried out in the Fatherland, the goal of which is the prosperous life of the native people and the prosperity of the beloved Motherland.

At the ceremony in honor of the remarkable labor victory of workers in the agro-industrial complex, young representatives of each velayat, sincerely congratulating the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the great success of the brave farmers, recited inspiring poems praising the achievements of our Fatherland and the selfless work of the courageous farmers.

At present, much attention is paid to the modernization of agriculture and the diversification of all its branches, as well as to the improvement of methods of economic stimulation of farmers' work. The country's agricultural sector is constantly equipped with high-performance equipment from leading world companies, and advanced technologies and scientific developments in this field are being introduced into production. Then, the children who took part in the ceremony were presented with gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.

In honor of the significant event, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atahallyev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, on behalf of the harvest masters, presented a beautiful carpet to Arkadagly Hero Serdar as a symbol of the successful development of the country's agriculture in all directions, creating conditions for increasing the productivity of farmers.

At the request of the children present at the ceremony, the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took a photo with them for memory.

Then the members of the Government who took part in the ceremony congratulated Arkadagly Hero Serdar on the remarkable labor victory of Turkmen farmers. As noted, as a result of the successful implementation of large-scale projects, all regions of our sunny country have been transformed beyond recognition. This is a clear indicator of the effective work being carried out both in agriculture and in all areas.

At present, modern economic relations are being formed in the agricultural sector, and various forms of ownership are developing. In each velayat, production complexes for processing agricultural products and grain have been built. As a result of state support for farmers, the volumes of production of products that are in great demand both on the domestic and foreign markets are constantly increasing.

The current celebration, which complemented the significant events of the International Year of Peace and Trust, demonstrates that our brave farmers are making full use of the opportunities created by the state and responding to them with productive work. Grain growers and tenants, who have delivered more than 1 million 400 thousand tons of wheat to the state, continue to work hard to harvest the last grain.

Having expressed gratitude for congratulations and good wishes, the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that our skilled grain growers and farmers honorably fulfilled their contractual obligations, having delivered more than 1 million 400 thousand tons of high-quality wheat to the Motherland’s harman.
