Today, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to the city of Arkadag, which became a clear evidence of the successful implementation of the urban development program in our country in accordance with modern requirements and high international standards. Hero-Arkadag got acquainted with the projects of various facilities being built on the territory of the new city, related to the modernisation of the road and transport infrastructure, and held a working meeting with the participation of the relevant leaders.

At present, in Turkmenistan, at the state level, attention is paid to the construction of various facilities that combine the principles of national architecture with advanced world experience, which contributes to the development of cities and villages in accordance with modern architectural standards. This is a clear confirmation that, thanks to the consistent efforts of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero- Arkadag, our Fatherland has embarked on the path of dynamic progress in all areas.

Early in the morning, Hero-Arkadag arrived at the modern interchange built along Gokdepe Avenue. It should be noted that in our country, great attention is paid to the construction of road transport infrastructure facilities, their comfort and durability. An integrated approach is also applied to their decoration.

Having familiarized himself with the design of the walls of the lower tier of the interchange, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan emphasised the relationship between the past and the future in the images presented here. Hero-Arkadag noted that the Turkmen people have a glorious past, and under the wise leadership of the President of the country, our people are moving towards a bright future.

The noble traditions of our ancestors, such as the construction of buildings, road construction and bridge construction, continue in accordance with the spirit of the current epoch, Hero-Arkadag continued, emphasising that this work must be carried out efficiently and at a high level.

Then Hero-Arkadag examined the images placed on the arches of the structure. Considering that this region is the ancestral home of Ahal-Teke horses, the decision to reflect the images of «heavenly» horses in the decorative elements of the buildings is of particular importance; Hero-Arkadag noted and gave recommendations on this matter.

The work carried out here meets modern requirements. The construction of a multi-level highway interchange was carried out according to the established plan.

The types of materials for laying on the roofs of buildings and concrete supports installed on the roadsides were also demonstrated here. It was also noted that domestic materials completely replace imported ones.

Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov reported that specialists from the Research Institute of Earthquake Engineering of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the country studied the seismic situation of these territories using artificial intelligence. At the same time, great importance was attached to the density and characteristics of the soil, as well as the climatic factors of the area. Based on this decision, various objects are being built within the city of Arkadag.

In the construction of objects erected by domestic entrepreneurs, modern innovative methods and many years of experience in the field of construction were used.

Hero-Arkadag noted that the quality of roofing materials and concrete for roadside areas should meet high international standards, and their colour and strength should be selected taking into account the climatic conditions of our country. At the same time, they should be decorative. Improvement of the territories adjacent to the interchange and the formation of green areas around will create a unique architectural harmony and improve the ecological situation of the area.

Then, Honoured Architect of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag got acquainted with the design projects.

Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the hakim of the city of Arkadag G. Mammedova presented information on the prepared design projects and their features.

Among them are projects for social and industrial facilities planned as part of the second stage of construction of the city of Arkadag, as well as a modern interchange along Gokdepe Avenue and others.

Hero-Arkadag got acquainted with the presented projects, made a number of comments and made appropriate adjustments, in particular, on the construction of road and transport infrastructure facilities. Noting that this highway should become a road to prosperity and well-being, like others being built in different parts of the country, Hero-Arkadag emphasised the need to take appropriate measures in this direction.

From here, new buildings in the city of Arkadag are clearly visible. The construction of road and transport infrastructure facilities that form a single whole with the architectural appearance of the new city must meet high quality standards. Noting that the construction of the highway interchange was carried out by Turkmen entrepreneurs, Hero-Arkadag emphasised that at present, domestic business, thanks to the support of the President of the country, is implementing large-scale projects, accumulating rich experience in this area.

Noting that on the 12^th of March of this year, with the participation of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, a plant designed to produce 3 million 300 thousand square metres of ceramic decorative tiles and 120 thousand units of sanitary ware per year was opened in the Bäherden etrap of the Ahal velayat, the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov voiced a proposal to use the products of the «Bäherden» ceramics enterprise for the first time in the construction of the city of Arkadag.

Hero-Arkadag noted that the construction of the city of Arkadag uses products of domestic enterprises, replacing imported ones, and consistently creates production capacities, announcing the decision to constantly use the products of the «Bäherden» ceramic products plant.

Roofing materials, road concrete, ceramic products and other building materials used in urban development must be of high quality and distinguished by their aesthetics. Particular attention should be paid to their strength and resistance to weather conditions.

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag emphasised that Gokdepe and Keymir Kor Avenues will connect the railway and automobile stations currently under construction in the city of Arkadag, forming a modern road and transport infrastructure. This is of particular importance for the formation of a unified system of road and transport infrastructure.

Hero-Arkadag gave recommendations on comprehensive preparation for the opening ceremony of the highway interchange, and then headed towards the city of Arkadag along Keymir Kor Avenue. During the construction of the road to the city of Arkadag, modern high-quality building materials, as well as advanced experience and digital technologies, were used. This is evidence of the comprehensive work to ensure that the structures and roads erected in our country meet modern requirements for quality and durability, in accordance with the instructions of the head of state.

As is known, the transport and communications sector is an important part of the economy of any country. High-quality transport routes, thought out to the smallest detail, play an important role in ensuring the efficiency of freight and passenger transportation. It should be noted that the work carried out in this area is in the centre of constant attention of the state.

The initiatives and specific steps of our country to revive the Great Silk Road in the context of the rapid development of the modern transport, transit and logistics infrastructure of Turkmenistan have given a powerful impetus not only to the growth of the national economy, but also to regional development. The convenient geographical location determines the enormous transit capabilities of the Fatherland.

Currently, much attention is paid to the development of international cooperation in the transport sector. In this regard, the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Development of Transport Diplomacy for 2022–2025 plays an important role in strengthening the legal framework for transport diplomacy, further enhancing the potential of the transport sector, and improving and implementing legislation in this area.

A large-scale program is being implemented to comprehensively modernise the material and technical base of the national transport system and develop its infrastructure. This is a clear result of the efforts of our independent state to effectively use and increase transit potential.

First of all, the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov expressed gratitude to the President of the country and Hero-Arkadag for their support at the state level and valuable recommendations.

Information was provided on the state of affairs in the framework of the implementation of the second stage of the construction of the new city, the prepared program for the construction of medical cluster facilities, the progress of the work carried out here, as well as the characteristics of construction and finishing materials, their quality.

Hero-Arkadag emphasised that special attention should be paid to the improvement of the facilities of the new city under construction and planned for construction, ensuring their compliance with modern requirements. In this regard, it is necessary to constantly monitor the quality of building materials, their strength and durability.

During the working meeting, the hakim of Arkadag city G. Mammedova, on behalf of all residents of the new city, expressed gratitude to Hero-Arkadag for blessing the opening of the multi-level road junction built on Gokdepe Avenue, and also provided detailed information on the preparations for the opening ceremony of the road transport infrastructure facility in Arkadag city and the work being carried out in other areas.

In addition, the hakim reported on the preparation of a cultural program of celebrations on the occasion of significant events in the life of Arkadag city.

Hero-Arkadag noted that festive celebrations are held at a high level in the country, and emphasised that the events organised on the occasion of the opening of an important road transport infrastructure facility should reflect the traditions created by the Turkmen people throughout history and have global significance. Since our people attach special importance to such noble deeds as the construction of buildings, road construction and bridge building, the opening ceremonies should be held in an atmosphere that matches the character and customs of our ancestors.

Hero-Arkadag emphasised that great efforts should be made to successfully implement the tasks outlined in the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028» and pay due attention to the implementation of work in this direction, giving a number of instructions to the relevant leaders in this regard.

Then Hero-Arkadag inspected the facilities being built at an accelerated pace in the new city, in particular, the city mosque of Arkadag, noting that this activity is aimed at the long-term future and is evidence of the happy life of our people. Currently, many people from our country and abroad contribute charitable funds to the construction of the mosque and participate in good deeds. This clearly demonstrates that good traditions continue today.

Guided by humanistic principles, Hajy Arkadag expressed boundless gratitude to all those who contribute to the construction of the mosque and noted that their path is open; the Almighty will send a blessing on their charitable donations. Hero-Arkadag prayed that the prayers that will be offered in the new mosque in honour of this noble deed will be accepted by the Almighty.

Mosques are unique centres of the Muslim world, places of concentration of the spiritual life of society. Despite the fact that the building of the mosque is located on Earth, its praise is heard in Heaven. Our people consider it the «house of Allah». Therefore, donating funds for the construction of the mosque is a very noble deed. The significance of such a humane and good deed is great. Its value increases year by year along with the prayers that will be offered in this mosque.
