Today, the opening ceremony of a new modern village and automobile bridges was held in the gengeshlik of Tyaze yol of Koneurgench etrap. The assignment of the name Bitaraplyk to the village increased the significance of the celebrations in honor of the 34th anniversary of the independence of the Fatherland and the 30th anniversary of its permanent neutrality, widely celebrated in the International Year of Peace and Trust.

The construction of modern cities, towns and villages is one of the main areas of large-scale reforms initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag and consistently implemented thanks to the tireless efforts of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. 

In this regard, great importance is attached to the implementation of the National Rural Program, aimed at further improving the social and living conditions of the people, stimulating them to creative work. As a result of the successful solution of the tasks outlined in this Program, new settlements are regularly built and put into operation. A striking example of this is a modern village, which has become a wonderful gift to the residents of the northern region of the country.

The opening ceremony of the new facilities was attended by the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, representatives of local governments, public organizations, velayat and etrap halk maslahaty, honorary elders, and residents of the velayat. Speeches by cultural and artistic figures also unfolded here.

... The first cars drive over the new bridges to the thunderous applause of the participants in the celebration. Modern road and transport facilities ensure uninterrupted traffic in both directions. Appropriate fences and a lighting system are installed along the bridges.

The construction of bridges, roads and buildings is considered a noble cause by our people. As a result of the tireless efforts of Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, today this important work is being carried out in all regions of the country, which serves as a clear confirmation of ensuring a happy life for the people of Turkmenistan.

A large Turkmen festivity with its inherent national rites unfolded along the road leading to the village. In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the original traditions of our people are receiving a worthy continuation and are enriched with new content. These beautiful rites occupy a special place among them.

...The participants of the celebration arrived at the venue of the opening ceremony of Bitaraplyk village. At the beginning, a Congratulatory Address by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was read out, which noted, “Significant events in the life of the sunny Fatherland, recognized by the world community as the Homeland of peace, prosperity and unity, clearly testify to its progress along the path of new achievements in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state. Such successes are the result of the creative work of happy Turkmen citizens with a glorious past, who live in a new era and are looking to a bright future. Their achievements, which fill with a sense of pride, are entirely aimed at the benefit of our state.” 

“The new modern village of Bitaraplyk, which is being opened today in a joyful, festive atmosphere in the gengeshlik of Tyaze yol of the Koneurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat, is a clear evidence of the accelerated development of our country, – the Address of the head of Turkmenistan emphasizes. – This village fully reflects the successful implementation of the humanistic principle expressed in the motto “The Motherland is the Motherland only with the people! As was emphasized in the speeches, it has become a good tradition in our country to commission new facilities on the occasion of widely celebrated holidays. The construction of modern villages, settlements and residential areas in all regions of Turkmenistan is a clear indicator of the economic power of our independent Motherland, which opens up great opportunities for the further socio-economic development of the velayats. In this context, special importance is attached to the widespread introduction of innovative technologies, advanced scientific and technical achievements and progressive experience. 

Speakers at the ceremony proudly noted that the current era has become an era of happiness and harmonious development of the country for the Turkmen people. Emphasizing that the grand opening of the new village on the eve of Independence Day of the Fatherland is a wonderful holiday gift, those gathered expressed sincere gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the large-scale activities carried out in the name of the prosperity of the country and the prosperous life of the people.

Then the participants of the celebration got acquainted with the conditions created in the new settlement of Bitaraplyk. On its territory there are 400 modern residential buildings, the administrative building of the gengeshlik, the Health House, and other various-purpose facilities.

There is also a kindergarten for 160 children, which provides all the conditions for the harmonious development and interesting pastime of children, taking into account the characteristics of each age category.

The school of the new settlement, designed for 420 children, also provides everything necessary for the younger generation to receive a high-quality modern education, harmonious spiritual and physical development of children.

In addition, there is a House of Culture for 200 people, a banquet hall for 500 people, a House of Services, a post office, a fire safety station. There is also a park on the territory of the settlement. The shopping center offers customers a wide range of goods.

Families who moved into new houses expressed heartfelt gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan and Hero-Arkadag for the conditions created in our country for the prosperous life of the people.

The construction of high-comfort housing in the cities and villages of the Fatherland is a visible result of the work carried out to ensure the happy life of citizens. As in all housing facilities being built in the country, the one- and two-story houses of Bitaraplyk village render optimal conditions for residents.

Spacious, bright rooms are equipped with the latest household appliances and necessary amenities. Kitchens equipped with high-quality equipment and other appropriate premises also create a comfortable living environment. Modern construction and finishing materials of domestic production were used in the construction of houses. The territories adjacent to residential buildings and other facilities are landscaped, seedlings of various tree species are planted along the streets and in recreation areas. 

The commissioning of new facilities is an eloquent confirmation of the fact that our country pays great attention to the development of modern social infrastructure in velayat and etrap centers, cities and villages as an important factor in the well-being of the people.

The songs and musical compositions that unfolded near the festively decorated new buildings, glorifying the achievements of an independent, permanently neutral Motherland, brought bright colors to the palette of the celebration.

In general, the opening of a new modern village became another confirmation of the effective solution of the tasks outlined in the Program “Revival of the New Epoch of a Powerful State: National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country in 2022-2028”, the new version of the “National Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Transformation of Social and Living Conditions of the Population of Villages, Towns, Etrap Cities and Etrap Centers for the Period up to 2028”. All this is clear evidence of the successful implementation, under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, of the socially oriented policy initiated by Hero-Arkadag and aimed at further improving the standard of living of the people.
