Today, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov participated in the opening ceremony of a new complex of buildings of "Sarakhs" border detachment of the State Border Service.

In the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state according to the Military doctrine initiated by Hero-Arkadag, which is based on the legal status of permanent neutrality of the country and bears exclusively a defensive character, under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan an important work is carried out successfully to strengthen the defensibility of the national army, equipment of military and law enforcement bodies by the latest  technics  and to create favourable conditions for service and life of servicemen.

Servicemen who put protection of our fatherland, people above all, serve as a steel shield and an indestructible pillar of the country on our sacred boundaries and properly continue noble traditions of our brave ancestors.

One should point out that works by Hero-arkadag «Mert ýigitler gaýrat üçin dogulýar», «Watan goragy mukaddesdir», «Mertler Watany beýgeldýär» play an important role in education of the younger generation of our country, especially in the life of defenders of our native land and in their military-patriotic spirit, cultivation of noble qualities of Turkmen people such, as heroism and love to one’s fatherland in them.

As known, on September 6, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country General Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council, at which results of the work carried out by military and law enforcement bodies for the January-August period of the current year were considered. Among other discussed issues the President of Turkmenistan made an emphasis on the importance of due preparation for the 34th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan and in that regard, instructed related authorities to ensure the organisation of the solemn military parade at the highest level.

Traditionally, during the annual military parade held on the occasion of Independence Day of the country, defensive forces of our native land, high professionalism and skill of soldiers-defenders who protect peace and tranquillity of our people, our sacred boundaries, and achievements of independence of our fatherland are displayed.

… in the morning, the helicopter of the President of Turkmenistan, which took off from the International airport of the capital, after some time landed at the venue of the opening ceremony of a new complex of buildings of "Sarakhs" frontier detachment.

There, Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defence B.Gundogdyev reported to the head of the state on readiness for the opening of a new complex of buildings of "Sarakhs" frontier detachment of the State Border Service.

Having heard the report, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country headed towards the entrance to the new complex.

The national anthem of Turkmenistan performed by the music group «Serhet owazlary» sounded.

Then, a song of our native land, its achievements under the leadership of the head of the state, was performed.

The President of Turkmenistan to the noisy applause of participants of the ceremony cut a symbolic ribbon and opened the new project.

The new complex includes an office building, a drill ground, a mess,   a recreation centre for 300 seats, barracks, a medical unit, an outdoor sports field, a fitness centre, a parking lot for motor transport as well as utility buildings providing proper service and comfortable conditions for frontier guards.

Head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov visited the office building of the complex and familiarised himself with the created conditions.

There, a serviceman reported to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country on the service connected with protection of the state frontier with use of video surveillance equipment.

One should note that the technical equipment of the office building and the created conditions completely correspond to the international standards. Modern technologies available there and the latest equipment clearly attest to the strengthening of the material and technical basis of the National army and successful introduction of digital system in all its structures.

The established advanced equipment and communication facilities provide an opportunity to carry out round the clock surveillance and strict control over conditions on the frontier and to provide its reliable protection.

With a view to strengthen the material and technical basis of frontier divisions of independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan, they are regularly equipped with modern technologies.

Having expressed his gratitude for the fine conditions created for service, the serviceman on behalf of all the staff of the Armed Forces assured the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the armed Forces of the country that defenders of our native land will further carry out their holy duty faithfully.

The head of the state wished the serviceman successes in his responsible service.

Then, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov made a memorable record in the Book of Honours.

There on behalf of frontier guards, the head of Turkmenistan was also presented with a fine Turkmen carpet as a gift.

Then, the head of the state visited barracks located in the territory of the frontier detachment where he familiarised himself with the created conditions.

In the modern barracks complex, for frontier guards everything necessary for high-grade rest and well-organised interesting and useful recreation is provided.

A spacious premise, the system of illumination and conditions created for rest of military men completely correspond to requirements of army regulations that inspires defenders of our fatherland into faultless execution of their holy duty.

The barracks hold a barber’s shop as well as several rooms equipped with modern furniture for storage of daily and seasonal military uniforms.

Besides it, separate compartments for storage of uniforms and other things of military men are provided.

Premises are equipped by modern systems of heating and cooling that allows satisfying fully household requirements of military men.

It is remarkable that rooms of social service are also provided by the corresponding equipment. At the disposal of military men – the room «Galkynyş» and modern library with a rich holding. It promotes cultural rest of frontier guards, increase of their knowledge. In the library, one can find works by Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, which raise the patriotic spirit of military men.

In our country, the great attention is given to reliable protection of our frontiers and training of highly skilled personnel of frontier guards. In this connection, everything necessary is ensured for maintenance of frontier guards with appropriate conditions of service and life.

Then, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov familiarised with the new military technology with high combat characteristics, entered into the inventory of military structures.

In recent years as a result of the reforms carried out at instructions of the President of Turkmenistan, the power of the National army has become stronger at the expense of equipment of military and law enforcement bodies with modern technics and technologies.

Getting acquainted with unique features of the military technology presented there, the head of the state underlined that the material and technical basis of military and law enforcement bodies of the country will be further strengthened regularly and noted that it is necessary to give an essential value to issues of increase of professional level of military men, young soldiers and commanders, who use combat technics.

Various military forms intended for military men of the country were also displayed there.

The head of the state marked the importance of development of military forms according to the season and high-level food supply of military men and gave a number of concrete instructions to that end.

Then, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov visited the mess of the new frontier detachment. 

The premise is provided with the modern equipment for preparation of high-calorific dishes and maintenance of a high-grade food of frontier guards that create possibility for fast and high quality dishes from ecologically clean products.

In the mess of the new complex of the buildings, completely meeting the requirements of time, special premises are provided for preparation of dishes and appropriate storage of produces. It is equipped by modern systems of cooling and heating, modern technologies as well as a number of advanced technologies considerably facilitating process of preparation of various and tasty food.

In the mess, various dishes of ethnic cuisine are made and the great attention is given to their flavouring qualities and nutritional value. It guarantees conformity of the prepared dishes to traditions of ethnic cuisine, therefore dishes taste very tasty and work of cooks becomes simpler.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov notes that creation of favourable conditions for service and rest of defenders of our fatherland is one of the priorities of the state policy of Turkmenistan and the military reform. In this connection, the opening of such modernised complex of buildings – clearly speaks of the care taken of the servicemen.

Officers expressed to the head of the state their sincere gratitude for care of military men and assured of their faithful service to our native land.

Then, the President of Turkmenistan examined new modern apartment houses for military men and members of their families.

In the territory of the complex of buildings of "Sarakhs" frontier detachment of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan 4 modern housing complexes of 36 apartments designed for 144 families, a shop, children's game and sports platforms are provided.

Creation of all conditions for service and comfortable life of military men is one of the priority vectors of military reform carried out in the country. Particular attention is paid at the state level to creation of necessary conditions for the servicemen who carry out a noble mission on protection of our fatherland. The construction of new apartment houses within the complex also grows out of the shown care.

The great attention is given the architectural design and furnish of new houses, which hold spacious light guest, children's rooms and bedrooms with modern furniture. Kitchens equipped with advanced technologies also testify to conformity of the building to requirements of the time.

In the territory of the frontier detachment for military men all conditions are provided for practice of physical training and sports that speaks of the significance given to creation of more favourable conditions for physical training of defenders of our fatherland, including for practice of various sports.

A happy frontier guard warmly welcomed the head of the state.

Having had a talk with the military man and members of his family who have moved to the new house, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took an interest in the conditions created there.

The frontier guard expressed his sincere gratitude for the created possibilities for fulfilment of his sacred duty and rest as well as for well-provided life of members of his family and assured that he will successfully fulfil his holy duty to maintain peace in our fatherland, following his military oath.

Members of the family of the military man, who have had the luck to move into the new apartment, expressed their sincere gratitude to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country for all-round care of well-being of people in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state.

Having noted that work on creation of favourable conditions for life of frontier guards and their families will be continued, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov handed gifts to members of the family.

Members of the happy family, who have moved into the new apartment, following primordial traditions, transferred to the President of Turkmenistan a festive gift.

Each of the apartment houses, besides conditions for comfortable residing, is equipped by heating and cooling systems. It once again confirms that in designing residential houses, along with conveniences, their modern equipment is also considered.

Then, the President of Turkmenistan familiarised with the shop operating in the territory of the complex, which offers a wide assortment of the goods of daily demand. There,   one can purchase foodstuff and household goods made by Turkmen businessmen, other production. It visually testifies to successful realisation of instructions of the head of the state on uninterrupted supply of population with foodstuffs.

The territory adjoining to new apartment houses where various flowers and shady trees grow, promotes maintenance of ecological well-being.

In the complex, the children's playground for interesting and useful pastime is also installed. It clearly attests to the fact that the care of happy life of the growing generation in our country acts as one of the important areas of the state policy.

Education of the healthy generation and involvement of population in practice of physical culture and sports are important vectors of the state policy. The athletic field will allow military men and members of their families to improve health and enjoy interesting and useful pastime.

The medical unit equipped with everything necessary also enters into the complex. Its rooms are also provided with the modern equipment. Doctors working there render highly skilled medical aid to frontier guards and members of their families.

Then, the head of the state handed keys to new cars to the head of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the opening of the new complex of buildings of "Sarakhs" frontier detachment.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov warmly congratulated heads of military and law enforcement bodies of the country on the opening of the new complex of buildings of "Sarakhs» frontier detachment of the State Border Service.

Heads of military and law enforcement bodies assured the head of the state that with honour they would fulfil their holy duty to maintain peace and tranquillity in the country.

Having wished all successes, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan left the place.

Thus, the new complex of buildings of "Sarakhs" frontier detachment of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan, opened on the eve of the 34th anniversary of independence of the country, served a wonderful festive gift for frontier guards and a clear evidence of constant perfection of the material and technical basis of the Armed Forces of our fatherland, which is famous for noble undertakings of President Serdar  Berdimuhamedova as well as further improvement of living conditions of military men.
