Today, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in Arkadag city familiarised himself with projects of the new buildings erected and planned to realisation as well as with preparation for the national tree planting campaign and held a working meeting with participation of heads of profile sectors.

At present, realisation of the second turn of the new city, erected under the initiative and with assistance of Hero-Arkadag in the picturesque corner of the country in combination of traditions of national architecture with the advanced practice in the field of architecture, is carried out according to shown requirements. Implementation of the second turn of the grandiose town-planning program envisages construction of industrial and social projects, which proceeds with accelerated paces. Similar dynamics visually shows a consecutive character of noble causes and undertakings in our country.

Originality of the architectural ensemble erected on the basis of the concept «smart city», as well as its high ecological level, speaks of the complex realisation of such large program in our country. A similar approach is fully reflected in the shape of the magnificent city, which changes with every passing day. All this fully displays measures taken by the state to increase standards of living of townspeople and creation of new workplaces for them.

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in Arkadag city, which  represents an exemplary model of town-planning.

First of all, Hero-Arkadag headed towards the venue of the national tree planting action in the new city. The National Leader of the Turkmen people drew attention to the importance of maintenance of active participation in tree planting campaigns, which are traditionally held every year and is of great importance in improvement of ecology in the country. In this activity, the preference is given to saplings of evergreen trees, answering is local soil and environmental conditions, including those species that are resistant to heat and cold. 

Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and khyakim of Arkadag city G.Mammedova informed on preparation for the tree planting campaign. As thy informed, during the upcoming nationwide tree planting campaign in the smart city it is proposed to plant saplings of Turkmen juniper, grown by skilled gardeners.

Having approved the planting of Turkmen juniper for the first time in the new city, scientist Arkadag gave a number of recommendations on adjustment of subsequent regular care of saplings according to agro-technical standards.

At present, mass cultivation of the Turkmen juniper was adjusted in Akhal velayat. It is remarkable that thanks to assistance of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, gardeners-entrepreneurs obtained land plots for realisation of corresponding activity, including scientific ones. As consequence, they managed to cultivate various species of the juniper in etraps of the region. Nowadays rates of similar noble work, which is also entirely supported by the private sector, only grow and it makes a great positive impact on the ecological policy of the state.

Then, doctor Arkadag familiarised with construction of projects of the medical cluster in the new city. The main requirement at erection of constructions of industrial complex is quality. The same concerns raw materials used in their manufacture. Concerning the treatment of industrial waste, their appropriate recycling is attached a great attention.  Focusing attention on adjustment of productions which will not render influence on life of townspeople, Hero-Arkadag gave a number of corresponding recommendations.

Further, the National Leader of the Turkmen people went to the site of projects where works proceed with accelerated paces.

Arkadag city as one of magnificent achievements of the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state changes with every passing day thanks to tireless efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people.

After arrival at the building site, Hero-Arkadag familiarised with projects that display measures taken within the realisation of the second turn of construction.

Among them - the project of the building of the Traffic Supervision Service of the Police, Vehicle Technical Inspection and Registration Service of the Police Department of Arkadag city and the design project of the interior of the museum with schemes of showrooms.

Having familiarised with projects, Hero-Arkadag made a number of remarks and introduced necessary corrective amendments, having directed attention to the importance of observance of requirements for social and industrial objects and accomplishment of their adjoining territories.

As to the displayed projects, concerning Traffic Supervision Service of the Police, Vehicle Technical Inspection and Registration Service of the Police Department of Arkadag city, first of all it is necessary to be focused on creation of necessary conditions in buildings and their appropriate equipment. The similar approach will allow to co-ordinate working processes and to provide qualitative service of vehicles, the National Leader of the Turkmen people underlined.

Hero-Arkadag also familiarised with internal design of the museum of the new city, having stated thereupon a number of remarks and having brought corresponding corrective amendments. The museum equipment, the services provided for visitors should make a positive impression. As a whole, it is necessary to provide a high degree of quality of civil work carried out in the city, having given particular attention to their completion in established dates.

Having noted that in development of projects of new buildings and the constructions erected in Arkadag city, requirements of the modern town-planning program should be considered, the National Leader of the Turkmen people underlined the significance of maintenance there favourable ecological conditions.

Then, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with participation of Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and khyakim of Arkadag city G.Mammedova.

During the meeting, on the instructions of the head of the state with a view of maintenance of well-being of citizens the issues, concerning use of types of coloured markings on objects of road and transport infrastructure and in other spheres corresponding to the international norms, and the aspects connected with specificity of their application were discussed.

Hero-Arkadag pointed out the importance of study of international experience in this sphere and analysis of proposed types for use in corresponding areas. Then, the chosen types will be submitted for consideration of the President of Turkmenistan. After their approval by Arkadagly Hero Serdar, they will be actively applied according to the appointment in each sphere.

Throughout the meeting, Hero-Arkadag underlined that each of projects - apartment houses, buildings, establishments of public health services, military and law enforcement bodies as well as roadside curbs, lighting poles should be design with certain colour. Thus chosen colours should be steady against atmospheric precipitation and sunlight. The important requirement here is their conformity to modern standards, including concerning long term in operation.

During the working meeting, Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov reported on the course of activities carried out in the new city, in particular, rates of erection of objects of medical cluster. The National Leader of the Turkmen people marked that maintenance of quality of civil work planned there and their timely completion should be a priority issue.

Hero-Arkadag also informed that during his recent visit to Afghanistan with a view of start of the next stage of construction of the gas pipeline by route Serhetabat-Herat, our Afghani brothers who have left homeless as a result of earthquake, applied for help. The National Leader of the Turkmen people instructed Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov to prepare proposals on this point and to submit them for consideration of the head of the state. Having consulted on this issue with Arkadagly Hero Serdar, following a wise saying «Kyýamat güni goňşudan», it is necessary to extend a helping hand to the Afghani people.

Hero-Arkadag underlined that it becomes reflexion of humanistic principles inherent in the Turkmen people and aspirations to good deeds aimed at support of neighbours. Throughout all history our people followed primordial noble traditions, which find now worthy continuation.

Then, khyakim of Arkadag city G.Mammedova reported on the course of preparation for the nationwide tree planting event and thanked Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for maintenance of all conditions for the regular tree planting campaigns at high level. She also reported on adopted measures on appropriate organisation of forthcoming actions.

Organization of the tree planting campaign at a high level and active participation of population in it - young and old - will give to this action a maximum effect. At the same time, having noted necessity of a complex approach to mass planting of saplings that is of great importance in the context of maintenance of favourable climate in the region and ecological well-being, the National Leader of the Turkmen people gave to relevant authorities corresponding recommendations.

During the working meeting, which was held in the productive and business atmosphere, Hero-Arkadag paid attention to the importance, along with mass building, maintenance of high level of the noble causes peculiar to Turkmen people. It has a special importance for education of the growing generation in the spirit of patriotism, diligence and love to their native land.

Hero-Arkadag also made valuable recommendations on accomplishment of the objects erected within the second stage of construction of the new city, and their adjoining territories, maintenance of full conformity of city infrastructure and system of illumination of roads to modern requirements.

Having finished the working meeting, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished all successes in fulfilment of goals and left the place.
