Good news came from the hardworking cotton growers of the Balkan velayat: they produced a bountiful harvest of «white gold» and successfully fulfilled their contractual obligations for its collection.

On this occasion, a message addressed to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that thanks to the tireless efforts of Arkadagly Hero Serdar to accelerate the development of the agriculture of the country, our farmers are provided with mineral fertilizers and high-quality seeds. The state regularly purchases modern, high-performance agricultural equipment from leading foreign companies, and timely payments to producers for delivered products have greatly helped the cotton growers of the region achieve another labour victory.

This is clear confirmation that the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero Arkadag, to reform the agricultural sector of the country are currently being successfully implemented under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. 

On behalf of rural workers of the region, sincere gratitude was expressed to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the enormous opportunities to achieve such heights and congratulations on this significant and joyful event, as well as heartfelt wishes to the President of Turkmenistan and Hero-Arkadag for good health and further success in their work for the benefit of the people and the country.
