Today, the khyakimlik of Arkadag city hosted a solemn song and music event devoted to the motto of 2026 «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the native land of purposeful winged racers» and to its significance. Thanks to huge efforts of Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, Ahalteke horses in the new historical epoch became the main symbol of Turkmenistan and its attests to the indissoluble link of times and generations.

Authorities of Arkadag city, heads of horse breeding sphere as well as teachers of the International academy of horse breeding named after Aba Annayev, profile experts, honourable elders of Turkmenistan, creative figures, representatives of public organisations, mass-media, students took part in the event.

In the spacious foyer of the khyakimlik, the exhibition, which displayed works of fine, decorative and applied arts, carpets, carpets, jewels and photos reflecting achievements of Arkadag city and beauty of Ahalteke horses, was organised. A special place was given remarkable books by National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, devoted to fleet-footed horses - «Akhal-teke racer - our pride and glory", "A prompt gait of a racer", "A horse - a symbol of fidelity and happiness» and others.

In the conference, which was held later warm congratulations to the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar as well as the gathered and all Turkmen people on the occasion of the New Year and announcement of 2026 «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the native land of purposeful winged racers» were sounded.

As was marked, thanks to efforts of Hero-Arkadag, in the country traditionally every year passes under the certain motto, in which key reference points of national development are reflected in a new stage that promotes increase of patriotic spirit and aspiration of citizens to bring a contribution to realisation of large scale social and economic reforms held in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state.

Speakers at the conferences underlined that in the outgoing year 2025, which passed under the motto «International year of peace and trust», the extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and State Security Council, members of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan taking into account proposals of our people presented the motto and emblem of the upcoming year. The proposal was supported, and the motto of 2026 declares «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the native land of purposeful winged racers».

It was noted that in this connection, Hero-Arkadag on behalf of the Turkmen people and Khalk Maslakhaty sincerely congratulated the President of Turkmenistan.

Speakers underlined that in the message of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Turkmen people on the occasion of the New Year's holiday the special attention was also given to the motto of the new year. As was pointed out in the message of the head of the state, the Ahalteke horse breed, being our pride and property, is linked with our expectations and great aspirations of the Turkmen people.

In that regard, an emphasis was made that in the present wonderful epoch, in national economy enormous reforms were carried out the basis of sustainable development was strengthened. The famous worker of art, Hero of Turkmenistan, a member of the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan, free artist S.Babaev and Honourable elder of Turkmenistan K.Tashliyev, speaking at the solemn conference, with pride marked transformation and prompt development in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state as well as reached progress of our native land written with gold letters in the modern history of the country, which evoke admiration in the world.

As it was marked in speeches, Hero-Arkadag regularly comes to see Ahalteke horses, takes a ride, skilfully managing the horse, which personifies tendency of our Native land - Turkmenistan - to heights of progress. In the given context, the decision on the announcement of 2026 «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the native land of purposeful racers» was rather well-thought. In that connection, they expressed confidence that our people, having united round Hero-Arkadag and the head of the state, in unity will reach planned goals with swiftness of the racer.

As it was marked, proceeding from national love to delightful horses, Hero-Arkadag included in the state policy perfection of national art of horse breeding, popularisation of fine racers in the world. Thanks to it, the glory of Ahalteke horses steadily grows, here one can cite the achievements of the group of national horse games «Galkynyş», which repeatedly became the winner of prestigious competitions and reviews. So, at the 47th International festival of circus art in Monte-Carlo (the Principality of Monaco) the Group became owner of the Gran-prix and received of several other awards. In view of that in the city of Arkadag, a grandiose solemn action was held.

As was underlined, the Ahalteke racer - the miracle created by Turkmen nature and human hands and the similar statement shows that special place which is occupied by the Ahalteke horses in the history and spiritual traditions of Turkmen people. Speakers also drew attention to the importance of the present, first event devoted to the motto of 2026, in the smart city of Arkadag built in a fine corner of the Turkmen land for the first time - the homeland of Ahalteke horses where the International academy of horse breeding named after Aba Annayev was constructed. The international academy specialising in training of profile specialist, famous horse grooms, talented breeders testifies to huge respect shown in our country for skilled instructors devoted to their business.

Glorification of impressing achievements of our sovereign fatherland aimed at new heights of progress, as well as Ahalteke horses which are property not only the Turkmen people, but also all mankind, augmentation of authority of the country in the world, education of the younger generation in the spirit of love to their native earth, honouring of national heritage make an important task. As was marked in speeches, in achievement of the planned goals Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar lay a great hope on citizens. Therefore, to justify such high trust - a duty of each of us. In this regard, the speakers wished Turkmen nationals considerable successes in achievement of planned gaols.

The gathered also expressed to Arkadagly Hero Serdar who continues large-scale reforms initiated by hero Arkadag, sincere wishes of sound health, long years of life and big successes in large-scale activity in interests of our state and society.

In the performances of workers of art and culture, achievement of our native land during the new historical epoch found due reflection and it became possible as a result of grandiose measures adopted under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Among them - the new city of Arkadag constructed at the initiative of the Honoured Architect of Turkmenistan National Leader of the Turkmen people. In creative numbers, the songs of impressing successes reached by the united hardworking Turkmen nationals were sung.
