Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an online working meeting with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev and khyakims of velayats to consider the course of work in the agricultural complex and in regions of the country.

Khyakim of Akhal velayat T.Nurmyradov, who reported on the paces of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the region, was given the first floor.

As he informed, preparations for the well-organised start of the wheat harvest and gathering of the crop lost-free are at the closing stage.

In the cotton fields of the velayat, interrow cultivation, weeding, thinning and vegetative watering are carried out.

With a view of the further strengthening of food abundance in the country, in the agricultural areas sown with spring potato and vegetables and gourds proper care of crops and gathering of the grown crop, proceed according to agro-technical standards.

Besides it, the khyakim reported on preparation for the summer season of holidays of children and cultural events on the occasion of celebration of sacred Gurban bayramy.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasised current seasonal agricultural works, pointed out the importance of preparation for the grain-harvesting harvest season and appropriate conduction of agro-technical activities in agricultural fields of the velayat, and gave the khyakim concrete instructions.

The head of the state also instructed him to provide a high level of the organisation of cultural events on the occasion of Gurban bayramy in the region.

Then, khyakim of Balkan velayat Kh. Ashyrmyradov reported on the state of affairs in the agriculture of the region.

As he informed, at present, corresponding preparation goes on with a view of the well-organised beginning of the wheat harvest.

In the cotton fields weeding, vegetative watering, interrow cultivation, thinning and soil top dressing by mineral fertilizers with effective involvement of agricultural machinery are carried out.

According to tasks put before on the further strengthening of food abundance in the country, in the velayat, a well-coordinated work is implemented to provide due care of potatoes, vegetables, and gourds and to gather the crop.

With a view of successful fulfilment of the planned plan for manufacture of cocoons in the region, proper work is carried out at present to gather cocoons.

Besides it, the khyakim reported on preparation for the summer season of holidays of children and celebration on the occasion of Gurban bayramy.

Having heard the report, the head of the state outlined a strict observance of agro-technical requirements for care of cotton and maintenance of appropriate preparation for the wheat-harvesting season among key tasks and gave the khyakim in this connection corresponding instructions.

The President of Turkmenistan also instructed him to take necessary measures for events to hold on the occasion of Gurban bayramy at high level.

Then, khyakim of Dashoguz velayat D.Babayev reported on the course of current agricultural works.

As he informed, corresponding preparation is implemented with a view of the well-organised beginning of the harvesting season. In addition, in the cotton fields of the region interrow cultivation, weeding and thinning are carried out.

In the fields sown with potato, vegetables and gourds due care of crops is provided according to agro-technical standards and preparation for gathering of the crop is also carried out.

In addition, within the season of production of cocoons, their reception and transportation to the procuring enterprises started.

In the velayat, rice-sowing proceeds, necessary measures are taken to conduct this responsible campaign within established terms.

The khyakim also reported on preparation for the summer season of holidays of children and the cultural events timed to sacred Gurban bayramy.

Having heard the report, the President of Turkmenistan focused attention on the ongoing responsible agricultural campaign and instructed him to hold in this connection appropriate conduction of agro-technical activities in agricultural fields of the velayat under constant control and to provide full readiness for the beginning of the wheat-harvesting season.

Then, khyakim of Lebap velayat D.Genjiyev reported on the course of seasonal agricultural works.

He informed that these days in the velayat, necessary measures are taken for timely and lost-free harvest of wheat grown by assiduous work of grain-growers.

In the cotton fields weeding, interrow cultivation, thinning and soil top dressing by mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering with effective involvement of agricultural machinery are carried out.

Agriculturists also provide due care of spring potatoes, vegetables and gourds.

Besides it, the khyakim reported on preparation for the summer season of holidays of children and actions on the occasion of Gurban bayramy in the region.

Having heard the report, the head of the state marked that timely and qualitative conduction of agro-technical activities acts as the major factor defining the efficiency of agricultural manufacture. In this connection, the khyakim was instructed to provide appropriate care of cotton and well-organised beginning of the grain-harvesting campaign.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also instructed him to ensure a high-level preparation for solemn events to be held in the region on the occasion of sacred Gurban bayramy.

Then, khyakim of Mary velayat D.Annaberdiev reported on current agricultural campaigns in the region.

As he informed, with a view of the well- organised beginning of the grain-harvesting season and lost-free harvest of wheat grown by courageous peasants, necessary joint activities are conducted. In the cotton fields interrow cultivation, thinning , weeding, soil feed mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering are carried out and special attention is thus given to effective operation of agricultural machinery. At the same time, proper care is taken of fields sown with spring potatoes, vegetables and gourds and gathering of the crop.

In addition, the khyakim reported on preparation for the summer season of holidays of children and upcoming events on the occasion of Gurban bayramy.

Having heard the report, the President of the country instructed him to provide care of cotton according to agro-technical standards and appropriate preparation for the wheat harvesting campaigns.

Besides it, the head of the state gave him concrete instructions to ensure a high level of cultural events and celebrations on the occasion of Gurban bayramy.

Further, the floor was given to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev who on behalf of workers of village and grain-growers expressed sincere gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the blessing to start the grain-harvesting campaign in velayats of our fatherland.

Then, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet reported on the course of seasonal works in the agriculture of the country.

As he informed, in velayats corresponding measures are taken for the well-organised conduction of the grain-harvesting campaign and its timely completion.

In the cotton fields of our fatherland according to agro-technical standards interrow cultivation, thinning, weeding, soil top dressing with mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering with effective involvement of agricultural machinery and equipment are carried out.

Proper care is provided of potatoes, vegetables and gourds and other food crops and gathering of the crops.

In addition, regions continue the gathering of cocoons of silkworm.

Summing up the report, the President of Turkmenistan noticed that timely conduction of agro-technical activities in agricultural fields, strict observance of standards of agro-technology and systematic introduction of innovative methods promote yield of rich crops and as the result, the further strengthening of food abundance in the country, and gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet a number of concrete instructions.

Then, addressing participants of the working meeting, the head of the state has once again emphasised the significance of current seasonal campaigns and in this connection instructed him to ensure conduction of activities in agricultural fields according to agro-technical standards.

Concluding the online working meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, family well-being and big successes in their work.
