President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent the newly elected President of the Federal Republic of Germany his assurances of high esteem and desire for further development and strengthening of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Federal Republic of Germany for the benefit of peoples of both countries.
