Speaking at the inauguration ceremony in Ruhiyet Palace, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused the attention of the Government on support of the family institute and provision of social and living conditions. To provide every family with modern house, we will build new living estates, settlements and villages with all amenities; establish public service centres in throughout all these places and arrange the work of necessary service, national crafts workshops as well as technical services for transport. We will increase of income per capita to the level of leading states, - President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said. Issues of salary, pensions, student scholarships and government allowances as well as other social benefits to the population will be always in the centre of attention. The Head of the State assured that decline of living standards of any family will not be allowed and population will always be under protection of the Government. Besides, we will pay utmost attention to the agriculture, improvement of soil reclamation condition of the fields, increase of harvest production and facilitation of farmers’ work, rational and efficient use of water resources, - the President of Turkmenistan said. The Head of the State also mentioned that for provision of the citizens with food products by affordable prices and abundance at the markets, fruits and vegetables plantations will be expanded and heads of the livestock and poultry will be increased.
