I congratulate you on the re-election to the post during Presidential Elections of February 12, which were monitored by the experts of the Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Taking an opportunity, I express my sincere gratitude for established broad cooperation between the OSCE and Turkmenistan, which is our important partner in the Central Asia for the years. I am confident that under your leadership, Turkmenistan will continue reforms for consolidation of democratic management, security and economic prosperity. Let me assure you that your country can to rely on permanent support of the OSCE centre in Ashgabat, - the message of Lamberto Zannier, the OSCE Secretary General, says. Active involvement of Turkmen people to the elections on February 12 and election of Your Excellency for the third time to the highest government position are bright evidence of people’s support of your programmes in politics and social and economic development. I am pleased to note that owing to you, the relations and brotherhood between the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and Turkmenistan were consolidated and are developed in all directions, which is indicated by realization of such large-scale infrastructural projects as TAPI gas main, Turkmenistan – Afghanistan – Tajikistan railroad, power line from Turkmenistan to Pakistan via Afghanistan. I am convinced that goodwill and bilateral efforts for consolidation and expansion of friendly relations based on historical origins of good neighbourhood, will be successful, - Dr. Abdulla Abdulla, the Head of Executive Power of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan mentions in his meassage.
