Ashgabat host the talks between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko who arrived in our country with official visit. Turkmen – Belarusian high-level negotiations started in one-on-one format in Oguzkhan Palace Complex after official reception ceremony of high-rank guest and introduction of the members of the state delegations of two countries. The perspectives of trade and economic cooperation, work on joint projects in tourism, education and culture are among the main subjects of the meeting. Both sides think that current negotiations will build solid foundation for future development of the partnership in all fields. Ashgabat and Minsk demonstrate the commitment to optimum realization of existing considerable potential both in different branches of the economy and in humanitarian and cultural spheres. Bilateral documents are panned to be signed by the outcomes of the negotiations. It is expected that the heads of the states would participate in the opening ceremony of new facility of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus to Turkmenistan. The commissioning of Garlyk ore-dressing and processing complex, which was laid by Turkmen and Belarusian Leader in the end of 20009, is planned for the next day. Presidents Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Alexander Lukashenko will go to Lebap velayat from Ashgabat where they personally will give start to new enterprise and familiarise themselves with technological process.
