Grain growers of Turkmenistan gained ponderable labor achievement - million tons of wheat have been delivered to the procurement stations of the country. Attainment of this high boundary gives a confidence that the farmers will cope with main task of campaign – 2015 – to yield without losses whole rich grain harvest and deliver to the bins of Motherland 1 million 600 thousand tons of selected grain. Harvesting campaign is going on. Every day, thousands tons of “ak bugday” are delivered to the reception points. Farmers are determined to yield all cultivated rich harvest, fulfill undertaken contractual obligations on delivery of wheat to the state. It is worth mentioning that in the current year, the grain field of the country is 860 thousand hectares. Major part of the agricultural fields was sown with high-yielding varieties of wheat, particularly, “Sahrai”, “Yoloten-1”, “Bitarap”, “Juwan”, “Turkmenbashi” and “Turkmenbashi -1”, “Batko”, “Yubileynaya-100”, “Irishka”, “Wassa” and “Nota”, which proved to be good in soil-climatic conditions of Turkmenistan.
