The President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree on appointing the panel of judges of contests on the occasion of Turkmen Horse Day. Among them are the International Beauty Contest of Akhalteke horses, as well as creative contests on artistic embodiment of horses in works of visual, decorative and applied arts, press products, photographic pictures and TV-channels. Contests will take place on April 29, 2017 in Ashgabat, they are held for the world glory enhancement of the “heavenly” horses being a National endowment.
