The forum brought together famous domestic and foreign horse breeders, scientists, historians, social anthropologist and other specialists from Canada, Switzerland, great Britain, Uruguay, USA, Malaysia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Estonia and Uzbekistan. The importance of the forum as a ground for sharing the experience in horse breeding field and latest scientific researches in this sphere was mentioned at the plenary session in the conference hall of the Trade and Industrial Chamber. After, the participants of the conference continued the work by sections. The section “Ahalteke horses in the world’s horse breeding” gathered the specialists in Turkmen Agricultural University. The subject “Ahalteke Horses in International Equestrian Competitions” was reviewed by the experts and representatives of equestrian clubs from different countries in the conference hall of Turkmen National Institute of Sports and Tourism. The conference hall of the State Association Turkmen Atlary hosted the session of “International Cooperation in the Development of Equestrian Sphere”. The delegates of the forum will also participate in other forthcoming events dedicated to the Turkmen Horse Celebration.
