By the resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Russian federation Polad Bulbul Ogly is awarded with honoured title People’s Artist of Turkmenistan. Following from the Resolution, Polad Bulbul Ogly was honoured high title for special merits in consolidation of peace, brotherhood, good neighbourhood and cooperation between the people of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan, improvement of the dialog between two states in cultural and humanitarian spheres, for talent and success in the development of song and music art.
