President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived on working visit in Turkmenistan by the invitation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The Leader of Uzbekistan was met by officials in Turkmenbashy International Airport decorated with the State flags of both countries. The Guards of Honour were lined up along the carpet way from the plane to greet the Head of Uzbekistan. According to the tradition, high-ranking guest was welcomed by boy and girl in national dress who presented bread and salt and flowers. From the airport, The President of Uzbekistan went to the residence allocated for his visit in Avaza National tourist zone. Later, high-rank guest went to «Älemgoşar» amusement park where he was greeted by the children from different region of Uzbekistan who are currently on their holiday on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea. As it was informed that large group of children from the neighbouring state arrived in Avaza by the invitation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made during the telephone conversation with his Uzbek colleague on May 1. The Turkmen Leader said at that time that children recreational centres, cottage complexes and fashionable hotels on ecologically clean Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea are opened for the school students from Uzbekistan. Around 100 children, who came to sea resort from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Bukhara, Navoyi and Khoresm Regions of Uzbekistan, were accommodated in children recreation centre Dayanch. Organizers of reception and holiday of the children – the ministries of Education, Foreign Affairs and Culture, State Committee for Sports, National Trade Union Centre, hyakimlik of Balkan Velayat, Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex and youth activists of our country, stipulated everything for the guests so the time spent by them at the sea resort was unforgettable, having given plenty of good emotions, impressions and useful for health. Avaza’s young guests together with their Turkmen piers actively participate in art and sport events, competitions, contests and excursions. For the current meeting, the children prepared the programme of song, musical and dance performances where the y showed their talents. After, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Uzbek children made a trip along Avaza river and looked around the place of interest of the sea resort, its beautiful architectural panorama with green islands, fountain complexes and sport facilities. It is expected that on May 20, the Leaders of both countries would have negotiations, by the outcomes of which number of bilateral documents are planned to be signed.
