President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov held the next working meeting via the direct video communication with participation of khyakims of velayats and Ashgabat city. Discussion of state of affairs in regions, the course of seasonal agricultural activities as well realisation of transformation programs for systematic increase of social standards of living of population took place. At the meeting the khyakim of Ashgabat informed on measures for accomplishment and afforestation, the course of works at objects under construction, preparation for the season of summer holidays and organisation of celebrations on the occasion of the holiday of Turkmen carpet and Day of the capital city. It was reported that the ecological condition of the city is under constant control and along the Karakum-river mulberry saplings were planted. The 16th stage of redevelopment of Ashgabat became a separate theme of the report. As was marked, within the limits of the cultural program in honour of Day of Turkmen carpet and solemn ceremony of ""last bell» at the monument ""Ashgabat"", on the area before the state circus, parks ""Ashgabat"" and ""Ylham"", the amphitheatre in one of the most beautiful corners of the capital, celebratory performances of masters of art will be held. The video selector working meeting continued with reports of khyakims of velayats who informed on measures for preparation for grain-harvesting campaign, definition of quantity of combines and trucks for grain transportation. Khyakims also informed on work for care of cotton fields, strengthening of measures on pest control, cultivation of vegetables, gourds and fodder crops in the fields cleaned from crop and also conduction of competent crop rotation on the basis of long-term scientific experience. The issues connected with erection of objects of different designation, maintenance of high level of building in velayats also found due reflection. Khyakims of velayats also informed on preparation for celebrations on the occasion of the «last bell» and the holiday of Turkmen carpet and their readiness for summer holidays. During reports good news of completion of a pontoon bridge over the Amu Darya, which connect Khojambaz and Khalach etraps in Lebap velayat, was informed. Having listened to reports, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov drew attention of khyakims to the activities carried out in agricultural fields of velayats, having specified that all of them should correspond to requirements of time and norms of agricultural technologies. President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov noted necessity of acceptance of measures on increase of rates of civil work at the objects erected within the limits of realisation of the national rural redevelopment program. They were also commissioned to prepare well for the season of summer holidays and to provide a strict control over maintenance of fire safety. The leader of the nation underlined necessity of maintenance of high organizational level of celebrations in honour of the holiday of Turkmen carpet, celebration of carpet makers. The head of state charged them to take measures that the last bell event organized in honour of school leavers in regions should the brightest event for the youth. Speaking of importance of creation of all necessary conditions for the season of summer vacations, the President of Turkmenistan disposed to unite efforts of corresponding structures with a view of transformation of this season into one of the most unforgettable moments in the life of children. Summing up the video selector working meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov assigned vice-president of the Cabinet of Ministers E.Orazgeldiev who informed on fulfilment of instructions on development of agriculture, reported on the state of affairs in agricultural fields, the course of preparation for the harvest season. The head of the state expressed discontent with results of work of the vice-premier, having noticed that reforms in the domestic agrarian and industrial complex advance very slowly. Despite a strong support, yield of crops remain low, and quality of agricultural production leaves much to be desired, in particular, level of gluten of wheat still remains low. As the leader of nation specified, up to the present time the land cadastre has not been developed, optimal directions of the further development of agriculture, effective forms of agricultural manufacture - farms or other kinds of economy have not been defined. Issues of professional training, water supply of areas under crops, cleaning of irrigational constructions, and perfection of structure of management of agriculture are not solved properly. For successful fulfilment of tasks facing the branch it is necessary to reorganise structure of establishments and agriculture enterprises within the shortest terms, the leader of nation continued. A special attention was directed to importance of increase of overall performance of scientific research institutes. The head of state also commissioned him to hold under constant control issues of care after cotton and other agricultural crops, the course of preparation for the forthcoming wheat harvest.
