President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov conveyed his deep sympathies to President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on the occasion of terrorist attack in Kabul entailing numerous human losses and injuries. “Being strongly opposed to any display of terrorism and extremism, Turkmenistan completely supports the efforts of the global community of nations in counteracting and eradicating this evil”, – the message says. On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his personal behalf, conveying words of deep empathy and support to the victims’ relatives and friends, and wishes for soonest recovery to the injured persons, the head of Turkmen state praying to the Almighty for moderation and patience, wished the people of Afghanistan fortitude and courage.
