Today, an extraordinary meeting of Mejlis has been held. According to the Constitution of Turkmenistan, and on the proposal of President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, it discussed the dismissal from and appointment to the post of chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan. During the meeting, Mejlis has made a decision to accept the dismissal of Begench Shadurdyevich Charyev from the post of chairman of the Supreme Court and to approve the appointment of Gylychmyrat Hallyev as chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan.
