President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov held the next video selector working meeting with participation of the vice-president of the Cabinet of Ministers who supervises the agricultural sector, khyakims of velayats and Ashgabat, and also heads of some structures. During the meeting the works carried out in the capital within the limits of preparation for the Asian Games -2017, the course of seasonal agricultural campaigns, important issues of socio-economic development of the country were discussed. The khyakim of Ashgabat reported on the state of affairs in the capital, measures taken to accomplish the city modernize its infrastructure and create the best conditions for reception of numerous participants and visitors of the 5th Asian indoor and martial arts games. The khyakim also informed on the pace of construction of projects in the capital. President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov noted importance of constant control over the ecological condition, maintenance of cleanliness and order, competent arrangement of the city territory, which in many respects defines the quality of life of people. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on activity of subordinated establishments for public order protection, overall activity for prevention of road and transport incidents and maintenance of fire safety. It was also informed on realisation of program measures for development of the electronic monitoring system of the traffic. Having listened to the report, the head of state demanded to hold under constant control the condition of road network, management of automobile flows, and observance of traffic regulation. The president of Turkmenistan charged to accelerate construction of parking places, including those intended for cars entering the city, in all parts of the capital. The leader of nation called for video selector communication the minister of motor transport who reported on the activity of supervised structures within the limits of preparation for the Asian Games -2017, realised measures on maintenance of uninterrupted movement of public transport. The head of state gave commissions on expansion of a spectrum of transport services during the largest sports event of Ashgabat– Asian Games-2017, development and test of routes, schedule of buses which will be involved in support of the Games. Further the video selector working meeting proceeded with the report of khyakims of velayats who reported on the state of affairs in regions, measures for the organised grain-harvesting campaign, care of cotton fields and also construction of projects erected within the limits of the national rural redevelopment program. The president of Turkmenistan directed attention of khyakims to issues of rational use of land and water resources, introduction of advanced agro-technologies and also disposed to provide timely gathering of the grown crop of wheat lost-free and according to the planned target in places. The khyakim of Mary velayat reported on preparation in the region for the celebrations dated to a 100-day countdown to the beginning of the 5th Asian indoor and martial arts games and the international media forum «Asian Games -2017 in the world press», s cultural program of the given actions. Deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E.Orazgeldiev reported on the state of affairs in the agrarian and industrial complex, preparation for the beginning of the grain-harvesting harvest season and issues which have been included in the agenda of the Central Asian international ecological forum, organized in Ashgabat on the occasion of World Environment Day and informed on its problems and composition of its participants. The president of Turkmenistan instructed him to ensure proper care of cotton fields and conduction of harvesting campaign. President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov underlined that the overall objective of ecological policy consists in maintenance of high level and quality of life of people, including pure and healthy environment, sustainable development for the account rational and effective utilisation of natural riches of the native land.
