On behalf of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, Mejlis Chairman A. Nurberdyeva received credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Ms. Regina Veronica Maria Jones-Bos. During the meeting, the diplomat was acquainted with the vectors of Turkmenistan’s foreign policy. Special emphasis was made on the socially-oriented domestic policy. As noted, the country has created all conditions for creative labor and improvement of Turkmen population’s well-being. The Ambassador was informed about the activities of the National Parliament and radical reforms successfully implemented in the law-making sphere. Noting the interest of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to strengthen partnerships, Ms. Regina Veronica Maria Jones-Bos declared intention to deeply encourage the development of inter-parliamentary relations and interstate dialogue. On the same day, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands was received in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to exchange views on cooperation aspects of international politics.
