The State Concern ""Türkmennebitgazgurluşyk"" was abolished with the aim to improve the activities of Turkmenistan's oil and gas industry. The corresponding decree was signed by President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov at the extended meeting of the government. The document designates the State Concern ""Türkmengaz"" as the legal successor of the structure which has ceased to function. SC ""Türkmengaz"" is ordered jointly with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of the proposals for amendments and additions to the national legislation resulting from this Decree within a month.
