President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov held the video selector working meeting with participation of heads of some ministries and sectoral departments, khyakims of velayats and Ashgabat city. The agenda included issues of realisation of the strategy of social and economic development of regions and the capital, seasonal agricultural works, preparation for the winter heating, organisation of actions for significant dates of the national calendar and the 5th Asian indoor and martial arts games. The first by direct video communication the head of the state talked to khyakim of Ashgabat Sh.Durdylyev who reported on the state of affairs in the capital, the course of building of some objects, measures on preparation for the «Ashgabat 2017», winter heating season and the beginning of a new academic year. The president of Turkmenistan charged him to hold under a constant control issues of maintenance of accomplishment and cleanliness of the central city of the country, to raise rates of works on modernisation of road and transport infrastructure of Ashgabat and demanded to pay unrelenting attention to the organizational issues of the 5th AIMAG. Along with it, the head of the state emphasised preparation for the new academic year and winter heating season. Then reports of heads of regions who informed the head of the state on complex measures on preparation of winter wheat sowing and start of cotton-picking campaign, realisation of the national rural redevelopment program, preparation for the new academic year, winter heating season, rates of civil work, were listened to. Having listened to reports, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov focused the attention of khyakims of velayats on the importance of timely and qualitatively conduction of the sowing campaign with observance of all agro technical standards and disposed to step up works on ploughing and levelling of lands, in due time to carry out vegetative watering, preparation of high-quality seeds, machinery and strictly to supervise process of application of fertilizers. Having noticed that along with the state of affairs in the agrarian and industrial complex one should give unrelenting attention to social issues, the head of the state charged to provide high level of readiness of regions for the winter season. The necessity of systematic improvement of social conditions of population, qualitative building and timely commissioning of housing and other socially significant objects was also underlined. The head of the state charged to ensure a high organizational level of significant dates of the national calendar, in particular, Day of Knowledge and Student's Youth, marked on the occasion of the new academic year. Then President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov talked by the direct video communication to minister of agriculture and water economy N.Sapardurdyev who reported on readiness for the start of the winter wheat sowing campaign, maintenance of qualitative care of cotton and other seasonal agricultural works. Having directed the attention to a number of actual problems on the further development of agrarian sector, increase of efficiency of activity of the local agrarian and industrial complex and acceleration of rates of field works conducted now, the President of Turkmenistan gave commissions on rational use of potential of the domestic chemical branch. The head of the state disposed to give in due time to farmers necessary volume of fertilizers, to carry out activities for perfection of agricultural crops on a scientific basis. Then at the video selector meeting acting chairman of the State Concern ""Turkmenkhimiya» S.Meretliev appeared. President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov stated a number of serious remarks concerning maintenance of the domestic agrarian and industrial complex with mineral fertilizers. As the President noted, the chemical branch has a special value for successful development of agriculture, creation of food abundance in the country. Having underlined the importance of problems facing the branch to accelerate manufacture of mineral production, the President of Turkmenistan disposed to make all necessary measures for their solution. Summing up the meeting, the head of the state pointed out that in the country a systematic work on realisation of programs of social and economic development proceeds and the basic requirement of the day is implementation of all planned reforms.
