Education is the foundation of the progress of society and country, - the message of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov says on occasion of the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth. Improvement of educational sphere is the priority of the state policy. New modern secondary, professional and high educational institutions, kindergartens, health-improving and entertainment centres are built, equipment and facilities base of educational system is improved. All opportunities are made in Turkmenistan for the youth to get education in any speciality. Number of secondary professional and highest education institutions grows every year so is the number of students. The Institute of Municipal Services has been founded in the capital, new complex of buildings of chemistry faculty of Magtumguly Turkmen State University and number of schools and kindergartens have been built. All these visually indicate the efficiency of the reforms in educational sphere, steadfast improvement of its potential, - is mentioned in the message. Addressing school and university students, the Head of the State highlighted that the country is proud of young talents who deservingly represent Turkmenistan in different parts of the world and wished them commitment in gaining the knowledge, expansion of world outlook and achievement of new levels in study and work. Turkmen leader mentioned special merits of the teachers and other personnel of educational sphere in successful integration of the country in the world’s community, training of qualified specialists familiar with modern technologies. Improvement of educational process taking into account the practice of developed states of the world, which has to be combined harmonically with cultural traditions, national spiritual principles and customs of our people, has a great importance in upbringing of talented, committed and broad thinking youth, - the message of the President says. At the end of the message, the Head of the State expressed the confidence that efficient work for modernization of educational system, training of high qualifies specialist in different spheres of the economy would be continued.
