Turkmenistan will help Afghanistan in training of highly qualified personnel. As Deputy Prime Minister for Education and Science S. Toiliyev said at the meeting of the government, according to the ""Agreement on cooperation in the field of education between the governments of Turkmenistan and Afghanistan"", it is proposed to take a group of Afghan citizens for free courses on language courses at the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after S.Seydi. Toiliyev also said that it is planned to accept a group of citizens of the People's Republic of China for language learning courses at the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammed Azadi.
