President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov replaced the chairman of the State Concern ""Turkmenkhimiya"". The Head of State made human resource decisions at an expanded government meeting dedicated to the results of 9 months of 2017. Noting that the State Concern (SC) ""Turkmenkhimiya"" systematically fails to meet the established production targets for providing the agricultural sector with the required volumes of mineral fertilizers, the Head of State decided to release Meretliev from temporary duties of the head of the SC and appoint N. Nyyazlyev to this post.
